DYNAMIC BEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
CORRECT WARRANTY EXERCISE
- It is paramount to complete the warranty slip provided with your bed/mattress and posting it under 14 days of purchase to confirm warranty.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice must be provided to validate the purchase date prior to any Guarantee or Warranty claim.
- Identification/trade labels must also be intact to identify the product and to validate this warranty.
SERVICE WARRANTY
Your warranty covers manufacturing defects on your Dynamic Bedding product and its duration is indicated on the product. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. The warranty coverage runs from the original invoiced date of purchase and, repair or replacement of the mattress or base does not extend the limited warranty period.
If your Dynamic Bedding mattress or base fails due to a manufacturing defect, Dynamic Bedding will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Replacement of one piece does not automatically constitute the replacement of another piece. Dynamic Bedding reserves the right to substitute materials or models of a comparable quality and cannot guarantee that the fabric of the replacement will match the existing piece.
The cost of the repair or replacement will be borne in full by Dynamic Bedding during the Guaranteed Period. Thereafter, in line with bedding industry standards, costs will be borne on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the service warranty period. Transport costs, if any, are specifically excluded.
EXCLUSIONS UNDER THE WARRANTY
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that are due to defective workmanship or defective materials only, and does not apply to:
- Normal body impressions
- Firmness preference of the purchaser Cover (fabric)
- Product sold “as-is”, “distressed”, “shop soiled” or “floor model”
- Product whose identification / trade labels have been removed
- Product subjected to weight in excess of its design limits
- Product used for purposes other than that for which it is constructed
- Product failure due to causes other than defective workmanship and materials
Your warranty does not apply if the product is subjected to obvious abuse or improper care/maintenance such as, but not limited to:
- Stains or spoilage
- Burns
- Inadequate support from weak foundations or improper frames
- Upholstery compaction due to insufficient turning
- Bent border wires
Dynamic Bedding shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, which result through the use of this product.
Your warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser from Dynamic Bedding or its authorised dealers.
NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ARE EXTENDED TO PERSONS WHO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN DYNAMIC BEDDING OR ITS AUTHORISED DEALERS AND ALL WARRANTIES TO
SUCH PERSONS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
